Payment and shipping terms

Payment

The invoice will be sent to you together with your delivery. Payment is due within 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
If you no longer have the invoice, you can download it later via your user account.

A bank transfer in advance is not necessary, unless you have only ordered a digital file. In this case you will receive your invoice directly with the order confirmation email.

Shipping

Shipping costs within Germany are 2,90 EUR.From a value of goods of 34,90 EUR the delivery is free of shipping costs.

The European Commission provides a platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called "OS platform"), which you can find under http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
